Ingredients
- 500 gfine burghul
- 600 gground lamb
- 2 onions
- 50 gwalnuts or pine nuts
- 1 tbsppomegranate molasses
- 1 tspAleppo pepper
- 1 tspseven-spice
- to tasteoil for deep frying
Method

Make the shell dough from burghul, half the meat, onion, and spices, kneading until pliable.

Cook the filling: meat, onion, nuts, molasses, and Aleppo pepper.

With a wet finger, hollow balls of dough into thin shells, fill, and seal into pointed torpedoes.
