Ingredients
- 250 gdried chickpeas, soaked overnight
- 100 gtahini
- 1½ lemons, juiced
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1 tspground cumin
- 1 tspsalt
- 2 tbspolive oil
Method

Simmer the chickpeas until very soft.

Blend warm with tahini, lemon, garlic, cumin, and salt, keeping it slightly loose.
