Ingredients
- 300 gsplit dried fava beans, soaked
- 5 clovesgarlic
- 2 tspground cumin
- 1 tspsweet paprika
- 6 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspsalt
Method

Simmer the fava beans with the garlic in plenty of water until falling apart.

Blend until completely smooth, adding cooking water to a pourable soup consistency.

Season with salt and half the cumin and return briefly to the heat.

Ladle into bowls and swirl olive oil, cumin, and paprika over each one.
