Ingredients
- 300 gsplit dried fava beans, soaked
- 1 bunchfresh coriander
- ½ bunchdill
- ½ bunchparsley
- 4 clovesgarlic
- 1 tspground cumin
- 2 onions, sliced and fried crisp
- 4 tbspolive oil
Method

Simmer the soaked fava beans with the garlic until completely collapsed, about 40 minutes.

Blend the beans with the fresh herbs, cumin, and salt into a thick green cream.

Pour into a dish and let it cool and set slightly.
