Ingredients
- 250 mlwater
- 70 gghee
- 180 gflour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsporange blossom water
- 1 tbspcornstarch
- 400 mllight cold syrup
- to tasteoil for deep frying
Method

Cook a choux base from water, ghee, flour, and cornstarch; beat until it leaves the pan.
