Ingredients
- 350 gflour
- 50 gchickpea flour
- 1 tbspyeast
- 300 ghoney
- 300 mlsyrup
- 1 tbsporange blossom water
- to tasteoil for deep frying
Method

Ferment a thick batter of the flours, yeast, and water for several hours until it ropes.

Pipe fat batons into medium oil and fry gently until cooked through and golden.

Warm the honey with syrup and blossom water.

Soak the batons a full minute so they drink deep, then drain and serve sticky.
