Slightly more burghul than the Lebanese, with a sweet-sour drop of pomegranate molasses in the dressing.
Ingredients
- 3 bunchesflat-leaf parsley
- 80 gfine burghul
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 small onion, minced
- ½ bunchmint
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tbsppomegranate molasses
- 4 tbspolive oil
Method

Soak the burghul briefly in cold water and squeeze dry.

Chop parsley, mint, tomatoes, and onion finely.
