Ingredients
- 400 gflour
- 400 gground beef
- 1 onion
- 30 gpine nuts
- 2 Lyogurt
- 1 tbspcornstarch
- 5 clovesgarlic
- ½ bunchfresh cilantro
Method

Make the dough and the pine-nut meat filling; fold small dumplings.

Fry a small handful of dumplings until golden; set aside.

Boil the stabilized yogurt gently, then simmer the rest of the dumplings in it.

Sizzle garlic and cilantro in ghee and stir through.

Serve over vermicelli rice, topped with the fried dumplings.
