Ingredients
- 1 young shanklish ball
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- ½ bunchparsley, chopped
- 1 small onion, minced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 4 tbspolive oil
Method

Crumble the cheese into rough chunks in a salad bowl.

Add the cucumber, tomato, parsley, and onion.

Dress with lemon juice and olive oil and toss gently so the cheese stays in pieces.
