Ingredients
- 1 kgwhole small fish, cleaned
- 500 grice
- 4 onions
- 2 tspcumin
- 1 tspAleppo pepper
- ½ tspblack pepper
- to tasteoil for frying
- 1 lemon
Method

Fry the whole fish until crisp; keep warm.

Caramelize the onions deeply and simmer into a spiced brown broth.

Cook the rice in the broth with cumin and Aleppo pepper, letting the bottom crust.

Serve the rice with fried fish on top and fight fairly over the crust.
