Ingredients
- 400 gsweet cheese (akkawi, desalted)
- 150 gfine semolina
- 200 mlsyrup + more to serve
- 400 gashta cream
- 1 tbsprose water
- 30 gground pistachio and rose petals
Method

Melt the cheese gently, then work in semolina and syrup until it leaves the pan as one satin mass.
