✨ What makes it special
Whole chickpeas served brothy and hot, crushed lightly with garlic and cumin and drowned in olive oil.
Ingredients
- 500 gcooked chickpeas with their broth
- 2 clovesgarlic, crushed with salt
- 1 tspground cumin
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 tbspolive oil
- to tasteparsley, to garnish
Method

Warm the chickpeas in their broth until steaming.

Ladle into bowls with some broth, then crush a few chickpeas against the side with a spoon.

Stir in the garlic paste, cumin, and lemon juice while everything is hot.

Finish with a heavy pour of olive oil and a scatter of parsley, and eat with bread for scooping.
